CLASS FEATURES

  • 1:6 Coach to Athlete Ratio

  • Obstacles change every week

  • 5 x 10 minutes of focused obstacle work rotation 

  • End of session free play 

  • 2-3 Ninja Course Evaluations per season to measure progress

TRAINING BENEFITS

  • Groups are made of same age or max 1 year a part

  • Develop skills essential to becoming a capable and prepared human being

CLASS FEATURES

  • 1:12 Coach to Athlete Ratio

  • Obstacles and workouts change daily

  • Workouts include strength training for core and grip

  • End of session ninja course incorporating skills of the day

  • Reservation capped at 24  

  • Choose any class, any time to fit your schedule week to week

  • Class format develops athletic capacity for sport and life

  • Allows athlete more time to work on an obstacle and skill of the day than the Seasonal Block format.
