Rebel Strength & Conditioning

STRENGTH-POWER-SPEED ESSENTIALS

Ages:  10-17

APRIL 26-JUNE 18

8 WEEKS 

2 x per week 

Youth Ages 10-17. This membership is limited to 24 participants only.
The Strength Power Speed Essentials course is brand new to the Rebel Training Family.
Our goal is to create opportunities to develop athleticism and functional strength through primal movement training.
Strength Training: Using the Strength and Conditioning Essentials program, Rebel's will develop athleticism through a novel combination of the following Primal Movements: Push, Pull, Carry, Run, Jump, Throw, Squat,
and Hinge.
Power Training: Using light weight and plyometric movement patterns, we aim to teach the athlete to recruit as much force as possible when throwing, jumping, and most importantly - stopping.
Speed Training: Using the Speed Principle of Applied Force in the Right Direction, Rebel's will develop tactical body awareness through a novel combination of training sessions focusing on alignment and velocity.
