4 person teams
$245 tax included per person
Training times to choose from - 2 teams of 4 per time slot
Mon-Wed-Thurs-9am, 10:30am, 730pm
Friday 9am, 10:30am, 4:30pm
Additional time slots available for scheduling conflicts or if needed to add more teams
The inaugural 17 Barbells Strength and Conditioning League will be a 5 week strength and conditioning program focusing on building power athletes! They'll learn the essentials of Speed, Power, Endurance and Strength training and compete with one another on leader board workouts each week.
The season begins June 29th and ends July 31.
Arrange your own team of 4 athletes of similar ages or let us match you up. There will be 2 teams training per class and you must reserve class times in advance.
With help from local professional athletes, the guidance and learning experience over these 5 weeks will help every athlete stay game ready for when sport finally returns!
While in our outdoor space we’ll be training with odd objects, heavy tires, kettlebells, cinder blocks heavy slam balls, sleds, and on hanging and climbing obstacles. These tools develop strength, power, and bone density and should be prioritized when improving athleticism. What you won’t find out here - Bosu balls, “speed“ or agility ladders. Bosu balls don’t improve core strength - carry heavy loads long distances will. Speed ladders won’t make you faster or more explosive. If that were true every Major League Baseball pitcher would be taking piano lessons to speed up their fastball.
When we’re able to be indoors we’ll use dumbbells, barbells, and conditioning equipment to enhance the training experience.
