REBEL ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

The RAD program is a blend of Strength, Ninja and Climbing all in one class. Rebel's will have 3 opportunities to develop athleticism and functional strength through primal movement training.
 

Opportunity #1 Strength Training: Using the Strength and Conditioning Essentials program, Rebel's will develop athleticism through a novel combination of the following Primal Movements: Push, Pull, Carry, Run, Jump, Throw, Squat,
and Hinge.

 

Opportunity #2 Ninja Obstacle Training: Using the Ninja Obstacle Training Essentials program, Rebel's will develop athleticism and tactical body awareness through a novel combination of the following Primal Movements: Climb, Hang, Swing, Jump, Crawl and Balance
 

Opportunity #3 Bouldering Training: Using the Bouldering Essentials program, Rebel's will develop tactical body awareness and upper body strength through a novel combination of bouldering skills and mastering a route.
